"Arrived minutes after 5PM on a Friday (tonight) The online in store pickup option expected earlier in week was not ready same day as promised. Due to emergent job duties at a hospital in Arkansas, their missed deadline resulted in me without important pain relief medication the pharmacy didn't attempt to fill, resulting in me requesting in store pickup that was promised same day. Over a day later, I was paged for work reasons to Arkansas. Order was not ready. I returned today during business hours for a product that should have been filled by pharmacists, so I opted to order out of pocket. I already paid for product that was a day late. I arrived around 5:02 pm after driving over 6 hours to be told they were closed and would not retrieve the medication I paid for many days ago. It was mere feet from the people saying they closed at 5. Then they unexpectedly closed earlier than posted hours. Also, they are frequently out of stock of many items, such as distilled water, vitamins, etc."
"This is the worst pharmacy with terrible customer service. I’ve had it today, and, yes, I was a little rude and impatient because my medicine was not ready today. When I needed it yesterday, and I couldn’t get yesterday. On my way to work, they weren’t open. When I stopped on my way home from work, it was their lunch time. When I tried to stop on my way to my class at the gym, there was a line too long for me to wait, or I’d be late for my class. Finally, on my way home from the gym, I stopped at 6:40, and they close at 7. The drive thru had a sign to come inside. When I tried to come in, the door was locked. Multiple people tried getting in to no success! Then, when I stopped today, their 2nd lane doesn’t work (no sign or information to state this) because the young man from inside yelled it doesn’t work. So, I go inside, and then I’m told my medicine I requested be filled THREE DAYS AGO (that said it would be filled by 2 pm three days ago) was not ready. So I was sarcastic and made a hateful statement. Then, their PHARMACY MANAGER Caleb, instead of apologizing and saying it is the pharmacy’s fault and asking what he could do to fix the situation, decided to tell me that if I didn’t like how long it takes them to fill my medication, I can somewhere. That they will gladly transfer my meds. I’m not normally one to even be rude or leave hateful posts/reviews like these. But, this is the fourth time in recent memory that my medicine hasn’t been ready at the time specified. This place has gone downhill—likely because of this pharmacy manager. The workers are rude and barely speak to you, and I guess they are led by example from their superior. I’ve been going here for 5 years, and it used to be friendly, reliable, and fast. Now, it’s the exact opposite. I do NOT recommend using it. I won’t be anymore. I already debated to leave, but Caleb is making that happen now because I don’t want to go to a pharmacy that can’t admit when they are at fault and apologize. I’ll admit when I’m wrong. Like I said, I probably shouldn’t have been rude, but I can’t only take so much, and I didn’t have my meds today, so that probably contributed to my hatefulness. (Not an excuse; just can observation) I’ll drive farther to not have to deal with the terrible service, the wait, and the rude, condescending workers, like Caleb."
"I bought a supplement from the store a couple of hours ago, and apparently it had heat damage or something, because all the pills are stuck together. I showed up at 7:43 p.m. to return them, and the store is closed. I tap on the glass, and the employee tells me that they're closed she's the only one there and she's not opening the door. They're supposed to be open until 8:00 p.m., I made a trip back here to return these, and now I have to make another trip in the morning!! This is Beyond ridiculous! I think CVS is in competition with Walgreens to see who can be the worst Pharmacy in St Louis!!! If I could give them less than one star I would! I just wasted gas, time and money. Sorry CVS but you just lost another faithful customer! I will take my money elsewhere from now on."
"I went in to get toothpaste and was highly disappointed when all the toothpaste was locked up.when I asked for assistance I had to wait while the associate stood around talking to each other and then the young lady was walking away looking at her phone. I asked her “so are you going to help me’. I don’t mind coming in here for the pharmacy but I don’t/won’t be buying anything else from this place."
"It's alright. A little over priced, especially on food, drinks and other on shelf items. The pharmacy usually says "it'll be ready in 20 minutes" on prescriptions I've dropped off and got before leaving, but a lot of times it's a 30-45 minute wait. Customer service is not even at Walmart's level, which says a lot (that's bad!). There's rarely more than three or four other customers inside, if any."
