"Wish I could review this place no stars and leave it at that, been coming here to groom my schnauzer 3 times and have his perfect cut given to him since it was closer to us and more cost efficient, every single time we go here we tell them specifically not to trim the beard at all, we do all the maintenance at home and do everything possible to keep it long and beautiful and they manage to somehow always ruin it. This pictures on the left is what he looked like before and the after picture is on the right, then proclaimed to tell is “this is what the schnauzer is supposed to look like we didn’t want you to come back and say we did a bad job if we didn’t cut it, it was only a light light trim” if you want to go to a place where they don’t listen to you. Give them the haircut they THINK is best fit for YOUR dog and then proclaim to say you told them specifically you ASKED yourself for that cut, go to this place."
