"Phantom had been to 4 different veterinarians and seen 2 specialists for a chronic eye discharge issue that no one could solve. This was years of discomfort for him, and I tried every recommendation without any help. Dr. Davis suspected he had dry eyes within 10 minutes of meeting him. I was so skeptical, because how could it be that simple? But she solved it! Phantom now has the medicine he needs and is doing great! Dr. Davis takes such care and love with the animals. So glad I chose this place."

"I would give them zero stars if i could. Terrible Terrible Terrible. I brought my cat here Because she had been sick throwing up for 3 days and they billed us $400 and did absolutely nothing. They did not disclose the cost of the charges until we went to pay and we were shocked. Dr. Thomas gave her a nauseau shot that would last 24 hours and said bring her back if she dont get better. No medicine sent home with her or anything. They did not even check her temperature . We were surprised with such a large bill, for nothing. Do not bring your pet here!"

"We were hopeful to find a local vet that could provide professional services with a personal touch. Unfortunately, we have had more negative experiences than positive here. Recently, they failed to communicate our concerns about our dog’s continued UTI to the doctor so we were delayed in starting antibiotics. The doctor wouldn’t acknowledge or apologize and just made excuses saying, “Our girls do the best they can.” They seem to be understaffed and frequently don’t answer the phone. Today we had an appointment for our cat who has been in pain for days. First we were told the doctor had an emergency, but then I overheard them say there was some confusion about the schedule and the doctor just didn’t show. An employee ran out to notify a client that had just dropped off her dog and said they would be in touch. An employee confirmed there was no doctor on site and just had me sitting there while they called other clients to reschedule. I finally asked directly if they were going to be able to help my cat and they said they are rescheduling everyone. We decided it was time to find another vet. We were so frustrated to have taken off work and coaxed her pain ridden little body in the carrier and to the office for nothing. We were hopeful about supporting a small and local vet practice, but they have been very difficult to do business with. Our fur babies deserve better and so do yours!"
