"Great school for competitive college prep"
"In one word: affluence. It is very easy to notice monetary affluence in this school district, but it comes with affluence in programming and opportunities. Not the most diverse school by ethnicity, with around 10% being of an ethnic minority as of 2015 (my graduating year). As long as you can get over or ignore people that want to flex monetary wealth, you will see that this school oozes excellence. Whether it be sports, theater, science, or any other kinds of extracurricular activities, New Trier is a great place for students to learn and grow. Even if you are not the most wealthy family, the school is accommodating to students that need financial aid. I would definitely recommend sending your child here."
