Welcome to S&N Clock Repair, located at 512 Rolling Hills Drive in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Our experienced Clocksmith specializes in various types of clock repair, from simple cleanings to full restorations. Please note that our hours have changed, and we are no longer open on Saturdays. If you need to drop off or pick up a clock on a Saturday, please call and schedule an appointment.
As of 1/1/2022, we require all customers to complete a clock repair agreement and pay a 50% deposit for repair costs. Please be aware that as of 4/14/2022, we will no longer be accepting musical Cuckoo Clocks for repair.
We have noticed an increase in service calls due to operator error or lack of knowledge in clock operation. To address this, we will charge a $25 fee for resolving such issues during service calls.
Our shop is capable of servicing all clocks, from antiques to new models. We are an authorized Howard Miller and Ridgeway Service Center, able to handle warranty and service work for these brands. Additionally, we specialize in repairing and restoring Turret clocks found in structures like courthouses and churches.
