"This store is THE place to purchase a new phone or to have your phone repaired. The owner and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable about all things iPhone and technology, and they are very willing to share their knowledge with all their customers. They also stand behind their products. The owner patiently helped me decide on a new phone to purchase, then transferred my data from my old phone to the new phone for no additional cost. While I waited for this process to be completed, I witnessed the owner and her staff interact with a dozen customers, where they shared their expertise and literally put smiles on the customers' faces because the customers finally had answers to their questions. I am so grateful to have this business located in my town and I highly recommend them."

"PLEASE READ: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could rate zero stars I would. They will never touch ANY of my electronics ever again. I went in to get a new battery for my iPhone 13. First red flag is that they don’t use Apple batteries as replacements. They use off brand. It lasted about a month before it was back to being just as bad as before. Second red flag is that it took around 30 minutes for a quoted 2-3 hour repair. I decided to take my phone to a different place, because they had apple batteries. After it was replaced, I was told that the iDoctor mixed up screws in my phone and might’ve impaled one of the important boards in my phone. They said that iDoctor was extremely lucky it even turned on. Now I’m out a $800 phone. As for your reply, you know what you did to my phone. I will not ever allow you to mess with my devices ever again. Would you take your Toyota back to the place that ruined your Toyota?"
