"An appointment was setup for a week later with the person on phone asking me which forms might need to be filled so that she could assign me to an appropriate accountant. I go a week later and they say the persons busy and will have to reschedule the next weekend. So I went out and thought of calling another H&R Block office. The lady mentioned that the knoxville office is the only one which can file the particular form I was looking for. I mentioned that I had been there and they had to reschedule. She looked up the schedule and said there was an opening for an hour later at the knoxville office. Frustrated by now on why they would turn me down even when they had an available time slot, I went back. The accountant took all my papers. After briefly viewing it, she mentioned the price is bit high for the form. I am like "okay, could you give me an estimate of the tax return ?" so that if the tax return is high enough, I would happily pay the price. She denied it. She denied service. How is that possible?! How can you be so rude and insulting and not be sorry of wasting someones time. She could have mentioned that on call and I wouldn't have wasted a week waiting for my taxes to be done. Ridiculous behavior! Such a lazy lady! Never going back to this office."
