"Placed order online Thanksgiving night. For the south county Joanns on South Lindbergh. Order was ready to pick up before 9am on black Friday. This was a plus! No complaints or hassle picking up. All was great. I ordered sweet tooth fairy chocolates. 6 bags of bright white and 9 bags of dark chocolate. The 2 store bags where tied together really good so I figured all was there. Got home unpacked and only 8 dark chocolate and they substituted 1 of the bright white with MELT'EMS. I called the store and while I was explaining what happened the gal cut me off and said I would have to come back to the store to get my credit. 1.99 plus tax. I explained, I'm 17 miles from this store I waist more than 1.99 in gas, could she just credit the card I used. I was told no! That if I had any concerns to call customer service. I asked for the number, her reply "its on the website". I asked she didn't have the number and was told no. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I'll be taking my money elsewhere from now on. Lost a long term customer after today episode!"
