"When our well pump stopped working we had to give in and call someone after trying every intervention we knew to do ourselves. Sam got someone out here first thing the next morning. It was fixed by 11am and I was able to go into work later that day. The guys who came out were great and explained the problem in detail (wish I had caught their names) and when they ran into a problem they called Sam and he came out right away to check what was going on. "I've never been happier with any other company as I am with Sam and Mineral Area Well Services! To say they went above and beyond is an understatement! I was having a floor laid down, but my floor guy was unreliable. Before Sam could get my new pressure tank installed, the floor needed to be completed. Rather than wait for my floor guy, Sam's crew finished the floor where the tank was to be set. Sam's crew also dug in search of my septic tank. Sam also stopped a leaking connection on my new water heater. He selected and installed a filter for my new well system. Meanwhile, I had another major issue arise and Sam gave his best advice for repair and gave referrals of top notch technicians. I recommend in St. Francois County, Missouri: Mineral Area Well Services, Hoppe's Septic Service, Hot Wire Electric and Jones roofing. 5 star rating is not nearly adequate. Hopefully I will be never need well servicing..but if I do..I'm calling Sam!"
