We are african Americans in an area of what we thought was in the middle of nowhere, my father's mercedes was totaled which we didn't know at the time, and Richard towed his car to his property shop, held the car keys for insurance AND returned his 6 music CDs in the changer! They got him and his truck off the interstate safely and stored his vehicle till I could arrange to get it home. I could not ask for better people to do business with.
