"I really didn’t like how they talked to me on the phone. The girl who answered the phone had a rude and condescending tone. They couldn’t give me a quote for my 100 pound female Great Pyrenees. They said I would have to bring her in to get a quote. I’m not driving my huge dog here just to get a quote. Ended up going to wolf gang groomer who was able to see her and groom her at the same time."

"It has been over a year since we started taking our dogs here, and so far so good. A few cons from time to time, but that is probably due to the personnel switching, we own a shapewear company, and we know what that is. Other than that, friendly staff, good groomers, our dogs feel good going there. They are getting a bit pricy now, but I guess everything has gone up. Thanks for taking care of our pets."
