"They never have any stock of royal canon pug food.... for days now. And when I called to check if they did have it on their shipment day (Thursday), a cashier at the front confirmed they do have some available so I said ok and wasted gas going to the store only to find out they don’t actually have anything. Very unprofessional and unreliable. What is my pug supposed to do?"

"I usually take my dog to the petco grooming on Grand Morton Ranch, they didn’t have appointment available so I decided to come to this one instead. My appointment was schedule at 10. Luke was late and another customer said “he’s been 30 minutes late the last 2 times I’ve been here.” The most its taken has been about 2 hours so I show up at 12:30 thinking they are almost finished. Luke says its going to be another hour or so because he’s had to take a lot of walk ups. Finally at 2pm, 4 hours after being dropped off I get a call thats shes ready. Apparently management is aware of his constant tardiness and hasn’t done anything."

"Luke is the best groomer we have ever had! He is extremely attentive and very caring about our dogs. He has a wonderful disposition. While Travis has not groomed our dogs, he, also, is very professional and friendly."
