"Get your wallet out they came over the first day and look in the house couldn’t find anything and they gave a cash price quote of 200.00 they was here 3 hours . So later that night, I figured out where the problem was at where the pipe is frozen at Call him the next morning said I figured out where it was frozen at. They came out, put some heat tape on it with the thermostat to two pieces of foam insulation around the pipe and another piece of some type of insulation of the top of it. they were here about an hour and a half. Got a bill from them for that day 526.00 when I complained that 95.00 per hour labor was steep he took off 95.00 for Todd . So total was 621.00 . Won’t call them again!!!"

"Was quoted a cost of labor per hour and when bill came it was much higher hourly charge. Was charged for 12 hours even tho they took off for lunch and 4 beer breaks during that time I was paying for. On top of it all, they never found the leak in 12 hours but 3 friends found it the next day within an hour"
