"So cam out and charged are system back in July of this year and told me and my wife and mother in law we need a new havac system here it is know in October never received anything have to call over and over and over for him to answer might as will call form a new number everything.. he will dodge you and run steal your money from you takes advantage of people in disparate times I would not and I mean would not ever allow anyone and I mean anyone go here. I hope some one rip h off as much as the conman does to others"

"R&M Services was hired by us to install new water heater after owner Randy Smith told us he could. Randy sent 2 guys out to remove old water heater, which they did not really know what they were suppose to do. They left after not having the proper equipment and trying to drain the heater which cause a Water mess in HVAC, laundry room and bathroom. The next day they came back to remove it which we paid for to be removed Randy came the next day and was here for only 4 or 5 hours and said your good to go, you should have hot water in 2 hours. Thed next day we noticed water in our HVAC room laundry room and bathroom. It was leaking where he had solder the water line to the heater. We called Randy and he said he would come and look at it. He said it would have to wait til the next day cause he needed to go shopping for a refrigerator for his house. We explained that we would need to call restoration company to dry it up, he said ok I'll pay to get you dried and cleaned up. That was the beginning of March. We have tried numerous times to contact Randy and even sent an invoice to him. But he still refuses to communicate with us. We would not recommend his service's to anyone."
