"The tech forgot to cap the disposal and his fix was to fill the hole with puddy which is not standard practice and can apparently cause issues. I was then strung along for a couple weeks with poor communication on when he would replace the water line to my fridge, and finally when we had a new time setup, he was a no show. Have not heard from them since and would not recommend their services"

"They came to replace a flange (screw in a plastic cover)- and put in new toilet that we had already put together. The old one was empty, unhooked, and unscrewed from floor. We were quoted almost 400 for that and the technician claimed they're the best price in the area for a plumber. He was done with the job in 30 minutes. More than $300/hr is ridiculous. I called and inquired if there is a set price or an hourly charge and they try to tell me that the job cost is actually $489. And they gave me a good price at 365. He didn't have to empty the toilet, unscrew it, or unhook the water lines. I called a competitor as soon as I got off the phone with them and they said their toilet installation cost including haul away is half that. The installer had an attitude when I questioned the price. Will never use this company again."
