"Had some AC troubles in the heat of the summer a few months ago. Called Tiger to come out and look at it(huge mistake). They tried pushing us into an entire new system for $25K, and if we just wanted to repair that it would be $2,800 with a long list of issues. So we called Engel. Shaun, who was very professional and knowledgeable came out and knew exactly what the problem was within 10 minutes and had us back up and running in less than an hour for less than $200. You can tell this company is not out to empty your pockets and want to take care of the customer. I will be a repeat customer for sure(but hopefully not for a while)!"

"We used this company for our A/C that went out on Apr. 7. He couldn't complete the job so we waited The following day for him to complete the task. The next morning a service guy showed up to our place and apparently fixed it. When he arrived I watched him pull up but the service guy didn't even knock to let us know he was here, what he was doing or to let us know that our A/C was working once he was finished. After constant searches on trying to find a number, I was able to locate a contact and spoke to the manager. She proceeded to give me a attitude and tell me that is complete and that's all that matters. The communication was the worst process I had to deal with and didn't feel comfortable with their process. I recommended you stay away from this place and think about going to a place where you are valued and at least informed about service."
