"We were referred to Crumer's thru our home warranty company when our AC began going out intermittently. The tech who came out diagnosed a bad contactor but said he needed to order the part. The tech asked us to pay him the $100 of our home warranty deductible, he would then order the part, and he was to call us within a couple of days to schedule a time to return and install it. Two weeks went by and the company never returned to install the part, did not respond to multiple requests for updates, and cashed our check in the meantime. The warranty company got involved and the owner said they had never completed an appointment at all. (But they still cashed our check for payment) I have asked the owner for a refund as we have already had someone else make the repair. I have not received any response to this or any refund. I would be very wary of using this company or of paying anything to them until all work is complete. Better yet, I would not use them at all."

"This company was assigned through my home warranty company last year 2022 it too almost 3 months for my AC to be repaired/replaced. So by the time I was assured it was fixed and working properly it was time to turn it off for the season. I went to turn it on this season and it’s not working. I called Larry he seemed concerned and said he would be out the next day to check it out. This was June 6th and no I have not heard anything from him and today is June 21st. I understand if it was not done correctly but just own up to your work and make it right. Poor customer service!!!!"

"Decided to give this company a call after my AC went out, and I am so glad I did! Larry came out that very day, accessed the unit, told me what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. He even advised me to get other quotes, of which I did and was totally shocked at the price difference! He came by the next day to complete the job, and was so thorough he discovered another problem of which he quickly fixed. And was still hundreds cheaper than the other 2 companies for just the 1 problem! Expertise and professionalism at it's best! I will not be using any other Company! We received a follow up call within 24 hours to see how our unit has been working. His prices are very reasonable and extremely lower than competitive company by far. "I knew my a/c and furnace had seen better days. The first hot day of the year, I turned on the a/c and it didn't work. I had 2 other bids. Crumer's was $1000 less than one bid and $2000 less than the other. Larry came within a couple days and installed everything and then followed up with me to make sure things were working a few days later. Very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend Crumer's and I plan to call them for additional projects as well."
