"After working with American Water Services and their contracted company for over 5 days with no results. We contacted Embrich, and the two ladies in the office, Sheila, and Bonnie, were very understanding and scheduled someone to come to our residence to evaluate the issue. Isaac arrived later that day and was very knowledgeable and understanding of our urgent issue and scheduled work for the next morning. Isaac even called that morning stating that he was gassing up equipment and asked if we needed anything like coffee or juice from the gas station. Never have I had a contractor be that personal.
