"Y'ALL. I have been working virtually 4-5 days a week for 2 years. A couple months back, my laptop battery began to quite literally fall out of my laptop. On at least one occasion, it happened during a work call. Last week, I took my laptop up to Rich. He was able to check my laptop, order a replacement battery as the old one had swelled up, and it came in a couple days. I was going to take it and leave, but he offered to put it in to be sure it fit right. To our surprise, it didn't! I was nervous, but he carefully took the bottom of my computer apart, removed and adjusted a few things, and put it back together. He was able to identify an additional problem I had mentioned earlier. The new battery then fit like a glove. The most amazing part? When I asked what I owed him for his time, he didn't even want to charge me aside from the cost of the battery. It is so evident that Rich enjoys what he does and truly loves helping people. I highly recommend his services, and wish I would have made repairing my old laptop a priority sooner!"
