"Called for AC service over the summer (2022). Out of everyone we called he was able to get to us the quickest. He got us up and running as quickly as possible. However, when the weather turned cold and we needed our heat it didn't work. We called him back and he did not answer or call us back. We had to call someone else out, only to find out the reason our heat didn't work was because it wasn't put back correctly. An honest mistake in my opinion. However the fact he disregarded our call cost us money that it shouldn't have. In the end a disappointing turn out."

He had to jump through some hoops with the warranty company, but kept me in the loop the entire time. Would definitely recommend their services."

Sparing all the details of the nightmare I delt with with 2-10 home warranty and the initial contractor they gave me, D&S HVAC, (which is why I ended up with Troy Heating and Cooling) and focusing on Ray. He was prompt (turned a 3 week ordeal into a 2 day total job- including parts being ordered etc), EASY to contact, and thorough. Until him I had to follow up with everything and to make sure things were getting done, etc. The minute Ray was contracted our job I no longer had to do that. New unit was installed properly right away, left things tidy, and went on his way without any reaching for compliments or thanks for all his above and beyond work.
