"Superb service! Took my husband's phone (Samsung Galaxy S10e) in to get fixed because it would not power on after it froze. We were greeted kindly at the front desk and my husband's phone was fixed within the hour. In and out. He warned us that our phone was pretty much dead and to get a new one. My husband went back to work and that evening, backed-up as much as he could. It died the next morning. I purchased a new phone for him next day and we went back to see if Sam could bring it back to life one more time to get what we couldn't get off of the old phone. He fixed it, transfered all my husband's stuff to his new phone, and factory reset the old phone same day. We were able to send it in for a trade-in value making our new phone free.
