"These guys are thorough and do a good job. I always felt like I got my money's worth. Recently, I've had a tough time getting someone out. There's sometimes a wait, which is fine. But this last time I called, I was told I'd get a call back in a week to schedule. Never got the call. I called after two weeks to start over. I got a lady who wanted to transfer me to someone else's voice mail. Ok, unimpressed, but fine. Then I get someone who tells me it'll be two weeks. I tell him that no one called me back the last time two weeks ago. He apologizes, but there's nothing else to be done. I have to go with someone else.
