"They gave me a quote of $8000 to get my truck repaired and towed my truck from Rush Truck Centers to their shop in August of 2021. Numerous calls and visits to them and finally in January they told me they will start working on the truck once I give them deposit on it. I gave them a $4000 deposit in January. Now almost December I am still being avoided. They ignore my phone calls and text messages as well as messages on Facebook. At this point I am seeking legal advice on how to proceed."
