"The agent that I have used at this location the last few years seems knowledgeable and does a nice job with my returns. The problem I have with this place is the lack of privacy while doing my return. Not only can I hear every other person around me personal information and business but they can hear mine too. The cubicals do not block out the conversation from nearby cubicals. This makes me very uncomfortable. For this reason, I will probably be looking for a new tax preparer going forward."
