Jim and Austin always took care of the customer with upfront information and professionalism, however, The new guy in the office turns out to be quite difficult to deal with and rude. I have been a long time customer but I won't allow a guy to be disrespectful to a long time customer who has never had an issue with the company. Not sure if Dave is related to Jim and Austin or if he came over from the new company but he needs to understand the customer pays his salary and learn how to handle customer service without being rude."

"Good service & customer service overall. That said, pricing was a bit high to add on new nylon wheels & a bit ridiculous the payment prompt asks for a tip. Still would recommend since this is a long term investment but be sure to be budget for this."

He completed a broken spring repair and ensured my system was running smooth. He even aligned my garage door a bit better than it was previously done and tightened the chain that had become loose over time. I would 100% go with this company for any repair they offer.
