"Scott installed a cover and shut down our new pool this fall. When he came to complete the install, he noticed the cover (that I ordered) was missing parts. He was incredibly nice about the situation considering he didn’t create the issue. Once all of the parts arrived, he took extra precaution not to chip the concrete when installing the cover anchors. He involved me in the process to make sure I award happy with the placement. Additionally, he took time to walk me through the closing process and I’m confident I will be able to open the pool next spring myself with the knowledge I gained in the process. I read his last review where the homeowner was upset about the wait and price of a heater. In some cases suppliers are back ordered, I feel this is pretty reasonable. Also, of course you can find parts and equipment online for cheaper than he quoted as they dont include install price. Also, have fun calling Amazon when something breaks on the unit, I don’t think they will send someone out to assist. Sometimes you pay for what you get and Woody’s Pool service provided excellent services at a fair price and their communication and follow through were amazing. "I had a issue with a pool heater last year and I contacted Woody's he was very helpful but I decided not to replace my heater last year. So on May 10 of 2022 I contacted him about a replacement he said that he could get the exact same model I had, I told him to get it. I then waited several weeks. I new he was busy and I understand that, but I would call and I would get no answer. When I did talk to someone they said that they would check and see and get back with me. That would not happen. Finally I asked could I just pick it up and install it myself. They told me they would drop it off over the weekend and if they didn't I could pick it up on Monday. Today was Monday June 6 and when I showed up they didn't have the heater. I told him to forget it. He was going to charge me$2600. And he didn't deliver. I found another heater that was bigger for the same price. Mine was 125000 btu and I replaced it with a 200000 btu for the same price. Also I found my old heater on Amazon for$1800. But I didn't want to waste all summer to get it."

"Due to Woody’s experience and expertise we had a perfect summer in the pool for the first year in quite a while. In May, Woody checked all possible leaks (pipes, liner, walls, skimmer, strainer, pump, heater), fixed everything, and installed a beautiful new in-ground vinyl liner.
