"Purchased fuel solenoid, was given wrong solenoid. Dropped off mower, sat there for a month. They didn't even know they had it. Finally got it back and wasn't refunded for wrong solenoid and charged for labor. Horrible customer service, especially Roy."

"I was overcharged on a rental when their associate clearly said I wouldn't be. Turns out that later on, the associate amended their copy of the contract with a note to the contrary of what she told me. When I brought it up, she called me a liar and denied that she ever said it. That's what you get for doing consistent business with them. If you have to mess with them at all, make sure any verbal promise, concession, understanding, or amendment is WRITTEN ON BOTH COPIES OF THE AGREEMENT before you sign. Otherwise, seller's remorse or a very convenient case of amnesia sets in, and they'll backtrack, overcharge you, and call you a liar to your face. What customer service!"

"It took way too long to get the uhaul. I was charged the estimated amount, which is fine. But then I was also charged the lesser correct amount ON TOP OF the estimated amount. Now, the estimated amount was adjusted to the correct amount, but there is now 2 of them!"
