"I submitted a request for service online after hours on Monday and Jim called me first thing Tuesday morning to schedule a visit. He said he had a full day but would call when he was on his way. Tuesday afternoon he called to let me know he was on his way. Jim was very knowledgeable about the issues with the washing machine and showed me how to recalibrate it so the terrible noise it was making would stop. He also advised to do smaller loads to extend the life of the machine. Super friendly as well."
