"I wish I could give less than one star!!! I went into the place excited to have my dog receive a nice cut because they claim to be a professional grooming service. He has a thick coat and is older dog, so I wanted careful attention to be paid. I was not only disappointed by their service, but horrified. They never even asked for my dogs name and instead asked my mother what my dad did for work. So incredibly rude, and disrespectful! They spent 3 hours with him, not even caring to know or call him by his name. I ended up paying $80 for my dog to be groomed, and they did a terrible job. Not only was the service bad, but they cut my poor golden retriever in multiple places. Iv'e never seen him bleeding like that and so miserable after a shave. Never will I ever return here or recommend anyone bring their dog here. It is absolutely dreadful!"
