"I set an appointment to do tax refund advance.. I showed up 25 min early after being sent a text to check in, only to be informed they (COULDNT GET TO ME BY 7) mind u..it's now 15 before said appointment. For 5pm...there is ONE person waiting , one person being helped at the time...and 2 workers sitting at there desks doing absolutely nothing!All 3 workers starred to one another as I'm being told by this and I had to ask if it could be rescheduled.. you guys cancelled me...and didnt offer another time or nothing...I'll take my business elsewhere."

"Last year tax accountant really messed up my taxes. The return was much smaller than normal. I asked repeatedly if she had filed my EIC’s. She insisted she did and never gave me a hard copy of my taxes. Although I am capable of doing my taxes myself, I like to utilize the tax loan advance feature, so these last 5 yrs I have basically paid $400 - $500 to get access to funds early through the advance ($1500-$2000 in an advance loan). After I get home and look online, she did not give me my EIC. I had to file an amended return which delayed my regular refund by months last year This year I went again, and applied as usual for the advance loan. The tax account pulled my return back after I left to make sure everything was “ filed correctly “. My advance loan notice never came like it should to advise funds were to be loaded on my card within the hour. I had to call 7 times in 24 hours before they resubmitted my return electronically with excuse given that they were “ just to busy” to submit it! Because of them stopping my return and pulling it back and waiting 24 hours before then resubmitting it, it cancelled out my advance loan. When I called the loan company about the advance loan i applied for I was told because JH submitted then pulled the filing back then waited 24 hours to resubmit, it messed up the whole process in the system giving an error that could not be overridden in the system, thus they couldn’t get the advance loan to process, now I couldn’t get the advance. Thx JH for royally messing up on doing my taxes 2 years in a row! Won’t be back"
