"Do not use this agency to list your rental property. I was a prospective tenant who scheduled an appointment with the agency to view a property today. I drove all the way across the city on a Friday afternoon and rearranged the rest of my afternoon because I was excited about the property. Just before it’s time for the appointment I get a text saying the agent is still with another tour and can’t make the appointment. This is completely unprofessional as a real estate agent! The very reason you MAKE APPOINTMENTS is so people can rely on the timing to arrange their schedules. When I said how disappointed I was, they responded with “things happen.” I won’t consider any properties associated with this agency now."
