"PLEASEE DONT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE PLEASEE!! When I went to go pick up my dog LITERALLY looked like she was asking for help my dog is so traumatized and sad they cut her on “ accident” because supposedly she is so aggressive which is not true literally is the sweetest dog. They lady said it was bleeding so much so if it continues take her to the vet ! Like what if you know how to do your job and have patience and know how to control a dog then there’s no need for you to cut a dog ! My dog doesn’t even want to eat and literally the hair cut they did is so awful and rush like they left a strand of hair on her paw HER NAIL ARE LITTERALLY AWFUL they are so rough and for $75 dollars for this yea no I’m so disappointing"

"So sad to give this place a bad review. I've been coming here for years with my pets but recently the new hire is very rough with my dogs when nail cutting. You can constantly hear her (new hire) get frustrated with them. Never had that issue before with any of my past and currents pets. Such a shame edit to owner: I have offered yo hold my pet in the past including when we had a German shepherd but was told that being there either made the pet more anxious/nervous by the gentleman. "PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR RABBIT HERE!! I was searching for a place to take my rabbit for a nail trimming, and came across them advertising a BATH for your rabbit. If you don't already know, rabbits do not need baths as they clean themselves multiple times a day. Bathing them can harm them and be traumatic and even PUT THEM IN SHOCK. They tend to panic in water and may fracture a limb or their spine if they thrash around. There are many, many articles on this. If you're apart of this business and reading this, I urge you to stop offering baths. Please do more research. I wish you the best."

"I did not have an appointment, but called to see if they had time for my Yorkie, without a problem they said to bring her in, of course at first my dog was nervous as any dog would be, I spoke with Edgardo who was very polite and helpful, I showed him a photo of the type of hair cut I wanted on my yorkie, he did inform me that the hair texture of the dog on the picture was a bit different than my dogs Which made perfect sense, He gave me an hour time frame to come back for her , but ended up getting a call a little under an hour which was great! When I got their My dog walked out so happy. She looked so cute! Price included shampoo, Nail Trim, ear cleaning, her eye area and hair cut, The Price was reasonable for everything done!! Happy dog happy owner! I will for sure, be coming back, Thank You Edgardo!"
