"Professional been taking my dog here for some time now. Not sure how they are with big dogs. Took my pug last time for a nail trim."
"if i could give ZERO STARS i would . definitely do not bring your furr babies here !!! they don’t care no matter how much you communicate with the staff they do as they please with the cut then come up with all kinds of excuses and my dog has irritating that i need antibiotics! stay away owner nor manager is never around to speak to. very dissatisfied i also had to wait 5 plus hrs for my dog . supposedly took 2 hrs to dry a bald dog? so overwhelmed waisting gas driving up here to see if she was ready and they don’t communicate at all"
"Terrible Experience & Horrible Customer Service! First time customer at this groomer and would not recommend this business. Arrived at scheduled time for 2pm during which I was given a time of completion between 2.5 -3 hours. Such time passes and around 5:15 multiple calls were placed to receive updates or if any additional time was needed. However, after many attempts we were unable to reach anyone. We make the drive to Woody’s only to be told they have just started bathing my dog. Keep in mind she has been at the groomers for almost 3 hours now. No phone call was made to let us know of such delay nor were any calls answered. At this time it’s 5:30 and we’re told they will need 1.5 hour max. Same situation repeats! 7pm comes around no updates no calls. Another drive is made to the groomers only to now by told she is getting blow dried and will need another 45 minutes - 1 hour. By this time she has been at the groomers for 5 hours during which time not a single call was placed to notified of delays. I immediately let the woman at the front desk know how this was horrible customer service and how they set time expectations and if unable to met phone calls should be made. To which she disregarded as it’s business and weekends are busy. Excusing their terrible customer service not once taking accountability! And being dismissive suggesting that the reason they fall behind is due to untrained dogs and having a hard time grooming on time due to overbooking and overlapping. No discount was provided and TIP was still asked during payment! Lastly, the groomer was incredibly rough and after noticing red marks on dog. Was told it’s normal that she will be fine! Additionally, once arriving home I inspected my dog only to notice she was bleeding from one of her paws and is limping!"
"goodness never will i bring my dog here again, i gave it a try coming from far arlington .. i loved the fact they took me as a walk in but i expected so much from this place because of rating ! even tho we had a miscommunication about pricing etc, after i paid i came to the car and paid attention to my pet mind you i got the full package!! her paws still had stains, i asked front desk lady to tell groomer for them not to touch her face and they did i told her her face wasn’t matted to give her a teddy bear cut in the face like i’m so so disappointing that she looks like they rushed her and just shaved her bald why did they touch her face hair when i asked not too?"
"We have taken our dogs here for a while now. On several times, our dogs came back having redness/irritation in their behind, and sometimes in their face; we never thought it was a big deal. But this (the last time), our dog came back with one of her eyes completely closed. We took her to the vet and she had a retinal injury (likely caused by trauma), requiring antibiotics every four hours, anti-inflammatory and pain medication. We understand accidents happen, but given the other comments we see here, and the fact that this is not the first time they come back hurting, we’ve decided not to take them here again."
