"I have two pieces of gold jewelry that are very dear to me, and were in need of repair: An insignia ring that I have worn daily since I was 15 years old (I'm 66 now); and my (blessed) gold cross, which I've worn daily since 1990. I took these two pieces to Reflective Jewelry on February 14. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Felicia, who could not have been any more cordial, polite, happy, and honest. Felicia brought the jeweler who was to do the repairs, Dana, out from the back room so that she might take a look at these two pieces, then convey to me what she would do to make them right. Ultimately, Felicia gave me an estimate to repair both pieces, which totaled just over $172, and that they would be ready to pick up in two weeks. Yesterday, Feb. 28 (two weeks to the day), I received a phone call saying that my jewelry was ready to be picked up. Upon walking into the store, I was shown my jewelry. Both pieces looked like new! That being said, I fully expected the bill to be AT LEAST $200, if not more. I was handed an invoice, in the amount of $102. I cannot recall the last time that I approached a business to have something repaired, and the work was done ON TIME and at a cost LESS than the estimate. The staff at Reflective Jewelry does excellent craftsmanship, is very, very fairly priced, and a joy to do business with. BTW, they have some gorgeous custom fine jewelry, featuring precious stones, on display!"

"I contacted Reflective Jewelry to repurpose the metal and remaining stones from my engagement ring since it had lost some stones. They worked with me on a design that I had already had in mind, and it came out AMAZING. I am so happy that I was able to preserve the materials from my original ring to maintain the sentimental value while also getting an upgrade. Kyle listened to what I wanted and he made it happen for my daughter. I even had a ring resized to perfection as well and they buy your old jewelry that you don’t need anymore and apply towards your project. Reflective is much more than a jewelry store they are artists that make your ideas happen exactly as you want them. "I love my ring and the quality. I had them repurpose an old ring and turn it into an engagement ring based on the design my boyfriend made. They did a great job and it turned out amazing. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that communication was a little rough at times and I had to send the wedding band back to have the correct stone set, but we got there! Thank you Reflective."
