"I fell in love with this timeshare! We own at Royal Floridian Resort, Ormond Beach, FL but did a partial exchange to Seven Coves. Fishing from the balcony and a spacious, well furnished, clean one-bedroom exceeds our expectations. The staff have been very friendly and helpful and our activities director, Ms Bonnie, was very warm, friendly and helpful during our Monday morning welcome time. I would definitely return to this location again, if the opportunity presents itself."
"This was our 2nd stay at The Landing at 7 Coves. This time our whole family came from far and near to spend a week together. We were fortunate to get two 2-bedroom units, next to each other. We used one as our gathering place for meals and the other to celebrate birthdays and play games. I'm glad one large bedroom was on the main floor. The grandsons had the upstairs bedrooms. The units were well furnished and had all the kitchen equipment needed."
"Location is great! Accommodations were disgusting and in disrepair. A couple hours walking on the floor and my white socks were darkened. Dishes in cabinets had food chunks stuck on them and both beds had stained sheets."
"To begin with, it's important to acknowledge that this hotel, situated by the lake, offers a great experience for fishing enthusiasts. However, several aspects left us quite disappointed, especially considering the $200 we paid. 1. There are bugs in our room, which, in a natural environment, is understandable, but having over 20 of them + died bodies on the BED was unacceptable. It raises questions about the housekeeping standards - did they overlook this issue or consider it acceptable and move on?? 2. When it came time to sleep, the bedsheets in our downstairs room were wrinkled and had peculiar stains. Moreover, there was an uncomfortable lump that constantly irritated us during the night. We asked for a change, got refused. 3. The hot water in the bathroom had a rather unpleasant odor. We noticed this issue around midnight, but when we reached out to the front desk, a staff member named Sara (or someone similar) informed us that it wasn't an emergency and couldn't be addressed until the following morning. We expressed our dissatisfaction, to which she responded indifferently with, 'If you're unhappy, you're unhappy.' **This is ridiculous. 4. We contacted housekeeping to inquire about changing rooms but were met with a refusal. While we understand that many families may use this establishment as an extended stay option, it's important to remember that hotel visitors also expect clean rooms, comfortable beds, and fully functioning amenities. Anyway, we would ask for refund rather than live here. Destroyed our vacations."
"The balcony was awesome and the place was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend it. The pool was lovely as well, however, some of the pool monitors were very much out to show their authority. Some of them were definitely on the rude side."
