"What a fantastic idea! Great staff, great prices, and great facility. We had our first self-serve dog wash experience and loved it. I called ahead to get the details of what to expect and was welcomed with friendly service. When I learned it was a first come, first serve basis, I was even more interested to go. When we arrived, I was immediately welcomed. I completed a small registration card for each pup and was ready to go. We were placed at an elevated tub station (love!! No more back pain bending over to wash them!) and had the option to place them together or separate. They did great being in the same station. Once secured, we were ready to begin. Shampoo, conditioner, silicone bath brush, grooming, and ear cleaning products are provided. The water was set to room temperature and had a nice light spray nozzle attached. It was so convenient to have everything ready for use as needed. Once we washed them, they also provided towels and a dryer at our station. The noise is equivalent to a shop vac, and my dogs were a little scared of the noise but soon calmed down as they were being dried. I will definitely return with my fur babies and share it with anyone who owns dogs. No more messes in my tub, bathroom, patio, and especially no more back pain. :)"
