"OK...I have been taking our little mop ..."Sweetie". here for grooming at least 10 X's now and every visit is worth it. They take excellent care of her and are very thorough. My dog enjoys getting a bath, trimming and a puppy manicure. I have left 5 Star reviews for this business before and will continue to do so. Please give them a try, you will be very satisfied with their quality and attention to details. Once again, Grooming Boutique is a 5 Star business."

"I have never experienced awful service as I have at Grooming Boutique. If I could give 0 stars I would. I decided to take my 8 year old dog Bella here after looking up their website and reading really good reviews on yelp. Safe to say, both resources lied. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with awful attitudes. They asked me how many inches I wanted left on Bella, and I told them short and that I trusted their judgement; a elderly lady (I'm assuming she is the owner) came over and with a extremely patronizing tone said 'sweetheart I need inches.' I told her that I didn't know inch measurements for dog grooming, and instead of offering help, as you would expect since it is their job to know such things, both ladies gave me snarky attitude. So we leave Bella, I get a phone call shortly after with questions about what type of cut we wanted for her face. Once again, nothing but awful, unnecessary attitude. So then we go to pick her up, and once again they had their awful rude attitude. Preceding to say that supposably Bella tried to 'bite their face off' when they did her paws. We have been to previous groomers, and they all have always said how good and easy Bella was during her grooms. So obviously they were not warm and friendly to her, not to mention I noticed a nick a few days later. As far as I am concerned the Grooming Boutique does not care about the dogs they groom whats over, they see them as dollar signs. I will never go back there and I hope this review spares someone else and their sweet dog the same awful experience."

"Owner extremely rude. I will never use Grooming Boutiques services again. I then took my pups to Cornerstone Animal Hospital for their grooming needs. They got me in quick, employees were awesome, pricing very reasonable, my pups looked great, AND I didn't have to leave my pups there the entire day."

"Never had a problem and always on time with my dogs. The review on how many hours it should take to groom a dog is presumptuous beyond belief. Hell, it takes me 30 minutes to wash just my dog, can you imagine if you had a dozen dogs to wash and cut in an 8 hour period? What if one of your groomers calls in sick that day?"
