Executive Furnished Property Rentals 174 Ramwind Court, Conroe, TX 77385

"I rented a place with EFP on August 5th, 2022 through VRBO for March 2, 2023-March 19,2023. I booked this 8 months in advance. I received a call from "Ike" the property manager 8 days before my arrival, he called to inform me of a "bug problem" he said that I could stay at another location and he would send me info. after 4 days I had not received anything about another location(4days now before my arrival). I made a call to him and was told it was in the galleria area further away from our event. This was not acceptable as we booked an initial place within walking distance. The booking was cancelled, and I was told by Ike(2-26-23) I would see a refund within 7-10 business days on my card. AS OF TODAY MAY 15, 2023 HE HAS NOT ISSUED A REFUND AND HAD MY MONEY SINCE AUGUST 5,2022. I have opened a fraud case and am in the process of working with an attorney to get this money returned to me, it was a total of $1,319.64."
