"This new staff of Women are rude, condescending and unprofessional. Nothing like the other locations. Nothing like the older National pawn and Jewelry. I have different accounts with layaways at different stores. This one isn't my favorite.. however I gave them 2 stars because The only person I met that was appreciative of my business was the manager AFTER I escalated an issue to upper management to the district manager. If you ever have an issue with this store. Make sure you are polite and have a real problem. Don't waste the managers time. If it's something they can worked through the district manager can help. Try solving the issue inside first. If not I'd recommend to contacting the district manager because sometimes stores don't give their staff proper customer service skills. Working with people isn't an easy job sometimes and when you have talk these types of staff. It's easy to become frustrated. Don't expect to be met with the nicest people in the world. Definitely not the nicest people to do business with. With the exception of the district manager. Then again the Managers can't be there all the time..."
