"Ridiculous!!! I get massage to pick up my mom 74 years old medicine with prescription! Looks like everything is ready! I get out of my job drive to the store and they told me that insurance systep is down! Iask to sell me a drugs and they don't do anything! Just ignore me! My mom out of medicine now! Not nice to sand me a massage about prescription is ready and than do nothing! Those people forgot that they sell a drugs for people in need!!!!!"

"Extremely rude Pharmacy staff. They will stand around and ignore you at both the inside and outside/drive up windows. When you call to ask for a pharmacist, be prepared to wait at least 10-15 minutes for any answer-be prepared to be placed on an extended hold without being acknowledged. I was told one thing about my lack of prescription from one person behind the counter, only to be told months later that what I was originally told was not true! Beware"

"I’m so mad right now writing this review. Brian, the manager of this particular store is a major POS. I took photos for my toddler’s passport and had them printed at Walgreens. Pleasant young lady handed the photos to my husband. Then my husband asked if they could cut them 2x2. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if she said no, we just thought we’d ask. The manager comes over and says he has to charge us for passport photos because “we are trying to bypass the system”. The government website literally gives you pointers and directions of how to take the photos yourself, especially if you’re dealing with a child that won’t stay still and is more comfortable in a home setting. Anyways, the manager wouldn’t sell us uncut photos either. Said it’s against Walgreens policy. He said he’d take the photos to the back office and have them shredded. Well we wanted to make sure that our son’s photos weren’t sitting around waiting for a shredder truck to come. So my husband ripped them and walked out. What a joke."

"It was a rainy day when I came here. It was easy to park my car since there were few cars in the parking lot. The only problem is it's hard to get out of my car and I don't have any umbrella. So I use my jacket to cover my head and body and run to the entrance. My pants and jacket got wet. I entered and went to the counter to grab a cart. I can see that there was no footprint on their floor. Because there are staff cleaning the floor immediately. I'm in my third time here but I can't familiarize myself with the section because of its huge selection. There are a lot of products here. It is also good that there are tag prices in every product so it's not a hassle to call a staff member to ask the price. The counter staff also was nice and quick on her job."

"This Walgreens store is in a great location as it's in a area of Mundelein that is really trying to grow as it is coming along with time. The Walgreens store is always kept clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful the store is Modern 21 century looking store that is up to date with all the newest products and services available that you would need."
