"I gave 4 stars because their ability to answer calls is terrible . I waited on hold over an hour on 2 separate calls with no response. Repeatedly placed on hold. Although their service was quick. Yearly Comprehensive exam went smooth w/ Dr. call back and report."

"I'll be straight up honest first visit was good the young lady who attended my dog was very professional, actually the employees were great but the clinic policy are horrible I took my dog for an ear infection and they did good job taking care of her, but then I had to a follow up which is normal but then they change my follow up date then they said something about dropping my dog off at 8am and pick her up sometime later that day in the evening? I was like wait what? My dog isn't having surgery why would they need keep my dog there all day just for her ear to be checked ???? That's so weird and a redflag for me I was like nope I'm good I'm taking my business elsewhere so be cautious of that why would your dog need to stay for something so simple ?"

"DO NOT GET THE WELLNESS PLAN for a puppy. This establishment makes you use everything you have available in your plan all in 3-6months and when yearly vaccinations and fecal tests are due, the plan has run out. Only for you to be forced to pay $150 out of pocket and you pay monthly of $71 for what? Makes no sense when you don't have any more welness appointments available and in room appointments are always booked. This location on Narragansett is the worst and they do not care about your pet or the money you must spend. Better off getting insurance somewhere else and going to a vetinarian who cares."

"Good at drop off but horrible when I was trying to return a call. Jada kept picking up the phone and putting me on hold right away. I did not even get a "please hold. The first 4 calls, that's all I got. On the 5th call I was on hold for 20 minutes. I have the proof that i was on hold for that long. On the 6th call Jada finally answered. I told her why is this going on. Not one apology I got from her. All I got was "what do you need". Very rude! When I showed up I asked her what was the problem. She said that they had other calls. I said I understand but at least say please hold. Not just pick up and put me on hold right away without saying anything. I think I'm going to take my 2 dogs somewhere else after that experience"

"The staff at Banfield Narragansett are the sweetest! I am always at ease whenever I drop Tobi off at the clinic for check ups! I love how they show love for Tobi!"
