"If there was a negative star that is what I would give them. I took my puppy for an emergency visit and they told me this wasn’t an emergency and wouldn’t help me. He’s been here before so the history is clear. The staff needs new management. They told me my boy could go an extra day after I told them that this was day 4 of his rash. We drove 35 mins. Those girls working behind the desk must be overworked. Poor service"
