Lately the customer service has really dropped off and today I tried to place an order for some additional charms and was treated pretty rudely. Unfortunately, I won't be adding any more charms and they've lost us as a customer. Great products but room to grow in customer service."

"Went in shopping for charms, the First Lady who approached us was super welcoming and nice. Once I picked out my charms and took them to the counter the lady that helped me was rude. I was placing the charms where I wanted them, since every other store does this, and she goes “do not put them on I’ll do it.” She could have said it a little more politely. And then when I picked up my charm bracelet they aren’t even in the correct spots."
