The young lady representing the venue was great, very attentive and went above and beyond. We were able to have live music. "We have been with Sway Studio for over a year and we enjoy attending our weekly classes there as we have an Amazing dancing teacher name Alejandro. Alejandro has been teaching us Salsa , bachata ,Rumba, and the list goes on and on. We love that he’s very professional in his is interaction with us on the dancing floor. He takes his dancing classes very serious and has patience with us. He is so much fun to be around, his demeanor is stellar, he’s very likeable and we enjoy our hourly class with him that we say to each over the dancing class is already over??? We just got here. We honestly look forward to his weekly dancing classes."

"First let me say that we are NOT dancers and NOT very coordinated - which is what makes Teresa and Sway Dance Chicago so amazing. She was able to make both my husband and me feel comfortable – both during the lesson and then later on the dance floor at our daughter’s wedding. I booked a small group lesson for my husband and me, my son and his girlfriend as something fun to do and to help us all feel better prepared for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. I sent an inquiry from the website and because of COVID, I wasn't sure if they were open and what their hours would be. They were very responsive and got back to me quickly. I can’t say anyone but me was very excited about the idea of dance lessons. However, by the middle of the session, we were all into it. Teresa took any awkwardness out of it and we were having fun. Then about two weeks before the wedding, my husband actually suggested that he and I go back for a private lesson! Teresa was very accommodating and helped us out. She even recorded us, sent us a list of good songs to practice with, and gave us tips to work out with the DJ specific to the wedding. I should also add that the studio itself also impressive. It is very clean and well kept. The floors are in great condition and beautiful glass and mirrored walls. I highly recommend Sway Dance Chicago for private and group lessons. My husband and I are even thinking group dance might be a great way to get some fun exercise!"

"My husband very reluctantly agreed to take dance lessons with me a few years back, and Teresa and her staff were so incredibly laid back, fun, and yet professional, that after just a couple lessons, dance class became one of our favorite events of the week! We made several friends in class, and have had great experiences with every instructor we took classes with. I'm 100% confident that had our first experience not been so welcoming and casual, I never would have gotten my husband to go back for more lessons. And now we've taken classes for years, and it's so fun to show off our steps at weddings. Cannot recommend Sway Dance enough!"
