"CHARGED $800! We were told before booking $150 each plus we added $80 deshed for two Newfoundland’s. Then they claimed that was rough guess even though they didn’t explain they could be off by 100%. We tried to explain we previously groomed at Pappys Pet Lodge and we paid $400 total including tip which owner claims he called and basically said not true. I am happy to show my receipts but why have to prove when we would never had changed if they were even in ballpark of their cost? Run from this place unless you have deep pockets!"
