They take their time with each groom to ensure your pup is calm and the grooming process is pleasant. Every time I pick Penny up she’s always so happy. I’ve never had any issues. They are very good at communicating and responding to messages. I wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else."

"Glam Bam Paws takes great care of my 13 year old Cavalier. Courtney and Amber, every groomer actually, is kind and gentle with him. He always comes home cut exactly as I requested; and he'll be so soft, and he always smells so great! I also really appreciate their 2-3 hour policy. It can be stressful for dogs to be at the groomer all day with lots of dogs and noise, and that doesn't happen there. They keep them for a short 2 to 3 hours. They run a very clean facility and keep up with safety protocols. I trust them completely to take care of my elderly dog and feel they are worth every cent they charge."

His appointment time was 2:30pm and they had him ready for pick up at 3:40pm!
