I was worried going in since I was shopping on the lower end of the price range here that the staff would treat me differently or be snooty but the woman in the front is SO kind, professional, and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and if she didn’t know an answer she would pull out a book and research it before giving an answer. I was interested in very specific questions about the history of one of the rings I was getting and she whipped out a ton of books and pored over them looking for answers. The attention to detail in their customer service was amazing and she made my experience there very fun and enjoyable. I’m so happy I came in and with my purchase."

It happens sometimes with old jewelry. My wife reached out to the owner of the shop to inquire if they could replace the stone.
