Pandora Jewelry

"Went to this location to switch out sizes of rings from rings I purchased THAT day at a different location. Had the receipts and was just looking for a smaller size. Sometimes you don’t know how well rings fit you until after you wear them (finger swelling etc.). They told me I couldn’t exchange them after I had worn them. Mind you I sat in the store trying them on for hours earlier (as your allowed to do at any Pandora store) and wore them out of the store with no bags or anything! The only reason I didn’t go back to the same location as earlier was because it was an hour from my house and this was 5 minutes. I had spent $150 so I drove the hour back to the original store and they graciously helped me with no issue. I never write negative reviews but this store’s customer service made me rethink being a Pandora customer entirely. I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry at Pandora over the years and was appalled that I couldn’t switch out a size from rings bought thst day. Do not go to this location. It was empty anyway. Wonder why."

"Does not clean jewelry Friday to Sunday. Came to this location 3 days before I have to leave Austin and about 4 days before I'm gifting one of my pieces to a friend and was told they don't clean jewelry Friday through Sunday. Pandora jewelry is amazing and that's why it got two stars and not one. But I called Pandora directly and they said that individual stores decide when they clean jewelry. Been waiting since 2020 to clean my jewelry since they weren't cleaning jewelry during the pandemic."

"The manager was no help on a charm i bought less than a month ago. The clasps won't close right anymore. I don't recommend buying they don't honor the warranty."

"I received a $280 bracelet gift. My friend advised me Pandora was having a sale where you would treceive a free bracelet and she was told by customer service the bracelet I received could be returned and I could repurchase to get the free bracelet. I walked in the Domain location and was greeted by the most non friendly face the assistant manager Carolina. I was told since it was a previous purchase she would not honor the free bracelet. I advised her I wanted to return for a store credit and then buy it again for the free bracelet. Carolina stated since she knew it was a previous purchase I could go somewhere else and she would not honor the promotion. The bracelet was purchased about two day before the sale started. I might be wrong, but why such a nasty attitude towards a customer. I drove 15 minutes to the other location and Ashley was super helpful and accommodating. I ended up spending about $600 with Ashley. Carolina needs a lesson in better customer service and maybe a vacation, since she is such a hard nose when it comes to her job. I ended up received 3 free bracelets! I will never shop at this location."

"Before you think about buying a ring or any piece of jewelry from this company/location there’s one thing you should know. All purchases are FINAL!! Which means they will offer you anything else besides a refund. No matter the condition or if you just purchased it and did not wear it, they will not return your money back. Instead they’ll offer you an exchange and then say that the piece of jewelry your returning is worn and that it has to be “resaleable” which doesn’t make sense. If you’re offering an exchange then either ways your taking back the piece of jewelry. I will never consider buying a ring from pandora ever again and i would not recommend any one else too either."
