"The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We weren't greeted and the two employees seemed bothered they had to do their jobs. We asked to look at a couple of different pieces of jewelry and were met with eye rolls by Brittany. My thirteen yr old even noticed the bad service and that's what really angered and disappointed me. I almost walked put but promised my daughter earrings. I really wanted to purchase other pieces but couldn't stand the horrible service a moment longer. Not a "Thank you "at checkout either. I've been to a few James Avery locations and the staff was always very welcoming. First bad experience was today at your location."

"went to do a return and was told my purchase was not on my purchase history and then I can only get half of my money back on a gift card. I knew that was not the case and asked to speak to a manager (who gave me attitude and was rude). She then told me the same thing, She also said the jewelry look like it had been worn, when I had just purchased it two days prior so I went to a different James Avery and was refunded my full amount and turns out my purchase was on my purchase history"

"I went to shop the day after Christmas which is today, there was a lot of people in line waiting. A girl who seemed to be irritated was the one to assist me she was super rude and had an attitude the entire time! After I paid I smiled and said thank you and she didn’t even look at me she looked down and was just extremely irritated with everyone! I didn’t get he name because she didn’t have a name tag"

"I’ve been coming to James Avery since I was little. I have never had a staff member ask for my number to have my account pulled up before even bringing out the item I want to try on. Tina is extremely rude every time I’ve been to this location. Last time I came in the supervisor gave me a gift card for 50 because I expressed how rude Tina was. Same thing happened this time. And Tina told the other staff member to stop complementing me because I expressed Tina is rude everyone I’m in. She’s clearly prejudice towards mixed raced people. I can’t believe she’s allowed to be so rude. I only go to the great hills location. They’re nice every single time and know me by name and make everytime I go in very fun and welcoming. Tina seems very bothered to be at her job. I tell everyone to not even bother with this location because of her."
