I found out that in fact the exact opposite was true. Ysa helped me find a beautiful item that was exactly in my budget that I came in wanting to spend. He was very nice and there was no upsell at all, HE was the one that actually steered me away from higher priced items and showed me a great option that was perfect. Extremely friendly and helpful and I had a great experience there and will definitely be back!"

"Went in for a minor repair on a pair of earrings that only needed a Pearl to be replaced on May 5th, was informed how I would be called by Tuesday or Wednesday. Never received an update or call, almost 3 weeks later after sending this to the facility for repair I finally get a call only to advise me that repair would literally be the same price as if I were to buy the earrings as new. Ysa the “assistant manager” did not provide exceptional customer service, was quite rude during my entire experience. Other associates didn’t even greet, such an unpleasant attitude from the employees here. Truly baffled that even the assistant manager for this store location would speak to his customers in the way he did. Save your time & money by not shopping at Kay Jewelers."
